President of Umm Al-Qura University Dr. Bakri M’atooq bin Bakri Assas met on Wednesday Jumada Al-Oula 25, 1438 H at his office in the university campus in Abdyia with the Chairman of Board of Trustees of Vision Colleges in Jeddah Dr. Hani Asfour, the College Dean Dr. Fahad BaNasr, the College Vice Dean Dr. Hossam Ba’ashan, the College Vice Dean for Clinics Affairs Dr. Mohamed Zahran. Present in the meeting were the Dean of the College of Medicine Dr. Anmar Nassir, the Dean of College of Dentistry Dr. Abdul-Aziz Khotani and the Dean of the College of Nursing Dr. Aymen Jawahrji. The meeting discussed ties of cooperation between the two parties in the scientific, research and dentistry fields, taking advantage of the teaching staff in the medical colleges and exchanging of knowledge and expertise. Meanwhile, the UQU President Dr. Assas praised the big role undertaken by the medical colleges at Umm Al-Qura University and their outstanding staff. He cited the achievements made by these colleges to prove their excellence. Additionally, he welcomed cooperation with Vision Colleges for Dentistry and Nursing in Jeddah, pointing out that cooperation between the university, educational colleges and all sectors is very important in providing services and education for the sons of the nation. For his part, the Chairman of Board of Trustees of Vision Colleges in Jeddah Dr. Hani Asfour extended his thanks and appreciation to UQU President for the good reception and warm hospitality offered to them and welcomed cooperation with Umm Al-Qura University represented by the Medical College at all medical fields.
