Vision Medical College in Jeddah celebrated the launch of the strategic plan on Wednesday 6-21-2023 in the presence of His Excellency the Dean of the College, Vice Deans, faculty members, and administrative staff.

Out of the importance of strategic planning, which is represented in developing a future vision for the direction of the establishment and its ability to face all internal and external variables, in addition to identifying ways to achieve the desired goals, Vision Medical College in Jeddah has been interested in developing a five-year strategic plan starting from 2023 to 2027 AD. This plan is established under the supervision of a specialized consulting office to align with the strategic plan of Vision College Company. Knowingly, this strategic plan has great potential in achieving desired goals, as it is the comprehensive document that summarizes how to achieve the vision, mission and goals set through organized and measurable executive mechanisms, and in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030 and the Ministry’s orientations.

The vision of the new strategic plan is represented in making Vision Medical College in Jeddah the best choice for students in the field of private health education, in which its mission is to qualify distinguished health practitioners through an advanced educational and training environment that attracts and stimulates creativity and innovation.

The strategic plan also includes 7 core values: Benevolence, excellence, transparency, creativity, continuous improvement, integration, and initiative. In addition, there are 8 basic goals, which include enhancing the research identity and its applications, improving and developing professional skills and capabilities, and enhancing the college’s role in community service.

In conclusion, the college is working to activate all its energy to reach the highest possible results to effectively achieve the strategic plan.
