The Vision College in Riyadh celebrates its graduates

The Dean of Vision College in Riyadh, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Dhahmash, sponsored the annual graduation ceremony for male and female students at the college’s Bachelor’s programs in Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry, and General Nursing. The ceremony took place on the evening of Monday, 4th of Dhul-Qa’dah, 1445 AH, corresponding to June 10, 2024, at the Riyadh Exhibition Center, in the presence of the college’s vice dean, several academic and administrative staff members, and the students’ parents.
The event commenced with the Saudi national anthem followed by a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. It continued with a special presentation showcasing the journey of the graduates, featuring a short film where both male and female graduates expressed feelings of happiness and pride.
Subsequently, the college dean delivered a speech, expressing joy at the graduation of a distinguished group of students from Vision College in Riyadh, specializing in Dentistry, General Nursing, and Medicine and Surgery. He emphasized the college’s commitment to preparing its students with the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute to the healthcare field effectively and participate in the workforce, particularly within the healthcare system of their beloved country. He expressed optimism for their bright future within the framework of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, anticipating their contributions to the nation’s development.
In conclusion, the dean advised the graduates to be mindful of God in their actions and to uphold the trust of their profession. He commended the efforts made by both male and female students throughout their years of study, extending his wishes for a bright and prosperous future.
Following the dean’s speech, the student Sarah Tariq Al-Afifi, majoring in Medicine and Surgery with first-class honors, delivered the student address. She expressed gratitude for the support provided by the college and faculty members to her and her fellow students, aiming for a promising future filled with achievements and successes.
In a memorable moment, the graduates were honored, receiving their graduation certificates and commemorative shields, acknowledging their remarkable academic journey.
The medical section of the ceremony was then addressed by the college’s vice dean for academic affairs, Dr. Nahal Al-Mariki. The ceremony concluded with concluding remarks expressing gratitude for the outstanding success of the event and wishing the graduates a promising future full of success and excellence. It emphasized the college’s commitment to preparing students for a bright professional future.
