The Community Service and Student Activities Unit at Vision Medical College in Jeddah organized an event titled “The Role of Nursing in Advocating for Healthcare: Promoting Patient Rights, Safety, and Social Justice” in celebration of Gulf Nursing Day and International Nursing Day as part of the Nursing Program activities.

This event was held at the Vision College of Medicine in Jeddah on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. The event focused on several important topics, including patient rights, patient safety, and social justice, and highlighted the impact of technology on nursing practice. Additionally, some health checks were conducted for visitors and staff of the college, such as blood pressure measurement, weight and height measurement, and body mass index (BMI) calculation.
