Vision College and Riyadh Third Health Cluster sign agreement to enhance clinical training and research

Riyadh – Thursday, 29 May 2025: Vision College in Riyadh and the Riyadh Third Health Cluster have signed a cooperation and training agreement. Prof. Abdullah bin Mohammed AlDahmash, Dean of Vision College in Riyadh, and Dr. Ahmed bin Shandal Al-Anazi, CEO of the Riyadh Third Health Cluster, signed the agreement. Under this agreement, new avenues of collaboration will be opened between the two sides, enabling Vision College students to receive practical training at the Third Health Cluster’s facilities. It will also allow for the exchange of expertise between both parties’ academic and healthcare staff to enhance the quality of education and training. The agreement includes several provisions covering joint training and development for the college’s students, improvements to the training process, educational services, clinical training, support for research and learning resources, and professional development. This partnership is part of both parties’ keenness to strengthen collaboration between educational institutions and the health sector to enhance the quality of practical medical training for students and graduates. It also aims to develop and qualify national medical talents, which aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in the education and health sectors. Vision College in Riyadh is a leading educational institution in medicine, dentistry, nursing, and midwifery accredited by the Council of Universities’ Affairs in Saudi Arabia. The Riyadh Third Health Cluster is part of the Kingdom’s healthcare system under the Ministry of Health, overseeing several hospitals and primary healthcare centers in the Riyadh region. Through this strategic partnership, both sides seek to support medical training and scientific research in ways that positively impact the development of the health sector and improve the quality of healthcare services.
