With this achievement, the number of accredited programs in the college’s educational clinics has increased to three advanced specialty programs, all contributing to the training of postgraduate students in vital fields that meet the needs of the Kingdom’s healthcare labour market.
The specialty of Endodontics is one of the most precise disciplines in dentistry, closely linked to preserving oral and dental health. It focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the dental pulp (nerve) and root canals. Among the most well-known procedures in this field is root canal treatment, commonly referred to as “nerve treatment,” which helps save natural teeth from extraction by cleaning, disinfecting, and securely filling the infected root canals—ensuring the tooth’s preservation for many years.
The new training program at Vision College in Riyadh is a specialized clinical program targeting Saudi dentists seeking to pursue postgraduate education and obtain advanced training in the field of Endodontics.
