- The applicant is exempted from studying the Common year according to the following conditions:
- To be enrolled in one of the Saudi medical universities or colleges, whether governmental or private.
- To complete the common year with a GPA of no less than 4 out of 5 or its equivalent.
- The applicant is exempted from the Common year after passing any of the academic acceleration tests prepared by the National Centre for Assessment according to the corresponding equivalent subjects.
- The student is exempted from general English courses if he/ she passes one of the following standard tests:

- In all previous exemptions, the exemption shall not exceed 25% of the total courses of the school plan and the student.
