Responsibilities

This unit is concerned with identifying the basic skills and capabilities required for faculty members and working on developing and developing them by providing educational workshops and programs, following up on their implementation, and evaluating their effectiveness. and develop strategic plans to raise the skills of the beneficiaries in line with the vision of the college and to make collaborative partnerships with local and international educational systems to achieve the goals and aspirations.
